INTERIOR DESIGN & TURNKEY FINISHING
REAL-ESTATE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE BEHIND EVERY FINISHING DETAIL
Rezon Interior Design & Finishing is the specialized interior design and finishing arm of Rezon Development, the real-estate development parent company. Our approach combines design thinking with execution know-how, taking each space from concept and coordinated drawings to a complete, carefully delivered interior.
We design with a designer’s eye and execute with a developer’s mindset, so the concept stays beautiful on paper and practical on site.
OUR JOURNEY
BUILDING AND EVOLVING WITH EVERY STAGE
Survey & Brief
We survey the space, review drawings and define use, budget, priorities and the expected programme.
Concept & 3D
We develop planning, moodboards, materials and visuals until a clear, buildable direction is approved.
Drawings & Samples
We coordinate technical details, electrical, lighting, HVAC and joinery, then approve samples before procurement.
Execution & Handover
We review staged execution, track quality and programme, and close observations before final handover.
OUR MISSION
TURNING DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE INTO BETTER FINISHING AND A CLEARER CLIENT JOURNEY.
As part of the Rezon Development ecosystem, we connect design, drawings, materials, execution and supervision, keeping decisions clear from the first survey through handover.
